Shipping policy

Shipment

Orders placed before 12 in the morning (AM - UTC/GMT +1) will normally be shipped within 24 hours of the same working day. Those made after 12 in the morning (AM - UTC/GMT +1) will be sent within the following 24 hours.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian holidays. *

For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative and anti-fraud checks; in the case of problems encountered, the timing could undergo some variations. If the payment is not confirmed within 14 days the order will be canceled.

For orders with bank transfer payment, the shipping process will start from the confirmation of payment. If the payment is not confirmed within 14 days Arzewena the order will be canceled.

IRONICA will send the customer an email confirming the shipment. In the email there will be a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

Delivery time

In Italy, delivery will take place within 1/2 working days. An additional working day will be required for the islands and Calabria.

In European Union countries, delivery will take place within 2/3 working days for the standard service, in 1/2 working days for the Express service, if available.

For all other destinations, delivery will take place within 5 working days for the standard service, in 2 working days for the Express service, if available.

For deliveries to countries that provide for customs clearance procedures, there may be delays with respect to the estimates indicated above, deliveries will in any case take place within 30 days, according to the terms of the law.

* Italian holidays in which no shipments and deliveries take place:1st January, 6th January, Easter and Angel's Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November, 8th December, 25th and 26th December.

* Given the health emergency in Italy, it is not possible to guarantee the fulfillment of orders in the most affected areas according to the times normally provided.

Collection at the physical point of sale.

For orders with collection at the point of sale, you will receive the details of your order in the order confirmation email; you will then receive a second"withdrawal confirmation"email.

It is necessary to go to the chosen store for collection only after having received the"collection confirmation"with an identity document and copy of the invoice, within 7 working days.

In case of collection made by third parties (i.e. not holders of the order) it is necessary to go to the store with a signed proxy and a copy of the identity document of the order holder.
